One of the more interesting projects I've worked on recently was the development of the kiosks for the "Canadian Cars" exhibit hosted at the Canada Science and Technology Museum.

Each kiosk is a dedicated computers running Safari with a touch interface.  As a result I was living the web devleoper's dream of only having to develop and test one browser in a known configuration.  It really gave me a lot of leniency to push the boundaries of what was possible at that time in terms of HTML, CSS and Javascript.
