Description
Heartbeat is a focused version of Sysomos MAP. It allows a company to get very detailed information on how it’s being perceived in the social media realm.
As such, the interface needs to display a lot of information in an easy to digest fashion. This was definitely a major challenge in this project, but thanks to the close collaboration between myself and Sysomos’ information architect, we pulled it off.
